Process Engineering

Analyze, optimize, and standardize production processes for sealing technology components and industrial products.

Apply process engineering principles to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks, improve line usage, and enhance product durability.

Develop detailed training modules for floor operators on process compliance, machine usage, and safety protocols.

Coordinate with plant managers and legal/compliance units to meet environmental and quality specifications.

Lead process improvement initiatives that promote operational excellence and diversity and inclusion across teams.

Maintain complete process flow records, validation logs, change control documentation, and audit reports.

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field (Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering).

3-5 Yrs of professional experience in manufacturing process engineering or sealing systems production.

Relevant certifications and hands-on system experience in industrial manufacturing environments.

Excellent technical problem-solving, project management, and team communication skills.
