Process Engineer

Design and develop new processes and equipment for petrochemical and refinery production operations.

Execute chemical engineering calculations, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and P&IDs for industrial plants.

Perform process modeling, simulation, and thermal dynamics analysis using Aspen and Hysys software tools.

Monitor existing refinery operations to optimize chemical yield, reduce utility consumption, and lower emissions.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to verify process safety and design integrity.

Maintain comprehensive process design packages, equipment specifications, and operating manuals.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related fields.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in process design, refinery operations, or petrochemical process engineering.

Strong hands-on proficiency with process simulation tools such as Aspen and Hysys.

Deep knowledge of chemical production workflows, equipment sizing, and process safety standards.
