Press Supervisor

Supervise daily extrusion press line operations and shop-floor manufacturing targets.

Execute Manpower handling, shift allocation, and task distribution across press shop workers.

Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint) to track daily output metrics, shift reports, and performance logs.

Monitor press machine parameters to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to minimize line downtime.

Maintain complete daily production logs, operator attendance records, and shift summary reports.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of experience; open to freshers as well as experienced press operators and production supervisors.

System knowledge and proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
