Job Description
Formulate daily and monthly production plans based on customer dispatch schedules and capacity.
Coordinate raw material planning, machine load balancing, and job scheduling across shop floors.
Track daily production progress against planned schedules to prevent delivery delays.
Liaise with purchasing, stores, and manufacturing units to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) inventories and optimize line turnaround times.
Maintain complete PPC master schedules, capacity utilization logs, and dispatch tracking sheets.

Qualifications
BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
1 to 20 years of core experience in Production Planning & Control within manufacturing or auto-component plants.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, production scheduling, and inventory control.
