Job Description
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing fixtures, pipe networks, drainage systems, and water pumps.
Inspect piping systems for leaks, blockages, or pressure drops and perform corrective repairs promptly.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on water supply lines, valves, storage tanks, and sanitary installations.
Ensure all plumbing execution adheres to safety guidelines, building codes, and facility standards.
Maintain complete daily plumbing maintenance logs, repair registers, and spare parts material requisitions.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Degree in relevant technical disciplines.
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years in commercial or facility plumbing maintenance.
Strong practical knowledge of piping layouts, pipe fitting, leak repair, and water supply maintenance.
