Job Description
Develop and maintain master project schedules for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) fire safety projects using MS Project.
Prepare detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, and milestone tracking frameworks.
Utilize Advanced MS Excel to perform S-curve generation, delay analysis, progress reporting, and resource forecasting.
Coordinate with site engineering and procurement teams to track material deliveries, site execution, and project timelines.
Identify potential scheduling bottlenecks and critical path delays, proposing corrective action plans.
Maintain complete project scheduling archives, daily progress logs, and client status reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Fire Safety Engineering.
1–3 Yrs of experience in project planning, scheduling, and EPC project monitoring.
Required Skills: MS Project, Advanced MS Excel, EPC Project Planning & Scheduling.
Strong numerical capability, analytical thinking, and project coordination habits.
