Planning Engineer

Manage end-to-end Project Planning, Project Scheduling, and tracking across multi-story real estate residential projects.

Execute comprehensive Project Budgeting, tracking material costs, labor expenditure, and project variance metrics.

Drive daily Project Tracking to monitor construction progress against baseline schedules and operational milestones.

Collaborate with site engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure execution aligns with project lifecycles.

Analyze critical paths, resource allocation curves, and cash flow projections for real estate developments.

Maintain comprehensive project planning files, budget variance logs, and executive status dashboards.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in planning engineering within the real estate and residential construction sectors.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of real estate residential project lifecycle from pre-construction to handing over.

Exceptional budget management, project tracking capabilities, and team coordination skills.
