Pharmacy Sales Executive

Drive field sales, order generation, and brand visibility for the Oral Care portfolio across retail pharmacies, chemist outlets, and healthcare counters.

Conduct daily field visits to assigned pharmacy counters to build strong retailer relationships and ensure optimal product placement.

Pitch new product launches, trade schemes, and promotional offers to pharmacy owners and purchase decision-makers.

Track secondary sales targets, maintain stock availability at chemist stores, and ensure zero stock-outs of core SKU lines.

Collect market feedback, monitor competitor promotional activities, and report daily coverage/sales data via field reporting apps.

Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoice settlement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary (Metro Cities): ₹4.00 to ₹6.00 Lakhs PA (4 LPA to 6 LPA)

Travel Allowance: ₹550 per day

Any Graduate (Graduation Compulsory – B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.Pharm, or related degree).

1 to 5 Years of field sales experience in Pharma OTC, FMCG, Chemist/Pharmacy Distribution, or Oral Care retail.

Vehicle Requirement: Two-Wheeler with a valid driving license is compulsory.

Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
