Architect and oversee full-scale Performance Marketing deployments to ensure optimal return on strategic media spend allocations.
Launch, manage, and optimize data-driven pay-per-click strategies utilizing Google Ads and standard PPC network architectures.
Build and manage highly targeted customer acquisition sets inside the Facebook Ads dashboard environment.
Drive digital brand awareness metrics simultaneously alongside immediate cost-per-lead optimization mandates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with backend business teams to translate live data arrays into actionable campaign strategy adjustments.
Monitor computational conversion funnels, fix tracking pixel mismatches, and maintain verified attribution runbooks.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or an equivalent technical quantitative line field.
3–5 Yrs of dedicated experience, requiring 6+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital brand awareness environments.
Verifiable hands-on mastery building systems via Google Ads, PPC systems, Facebook Ads, and automated lead management grids.
Deep conceptual clarity regarding customer acquisition lifecycles, advanced attribution matrices, and landing page engineering.
High analytical logic combined with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to maintaining system budget parameters.
