Job Description
Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to scale customer acquisition channels.
Design and manage high-converting digital advertising campaigns primarily leveraging Google Ads.
Formulate robust creative strategy architectures to optimize ad spend efficiency and asset engagement.
Oversee end-to-end mobile app marketing initiatives, including tracking app store conversions and installs.
Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to identify growth opportunities and eliminate funnel drop-offs.
Collaborate closely with design and content creation teams to build engaging promotional copy and layouts.
Track, organize, and present daily return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and key cost-per-acquisition metrics to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a quantitative field.
0-3 years of professional industry experience operating successfully in data-driven digital marketing roles.
Strong baseline knowledge of mobile application marketing, programmatic acquisition tools, and growth loops.
Deep analytical capability to translate granular campaign tracking datasets into strategic action items.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to direct multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively.
