Job Description
Architect, manage, and scale complex pay-per-click lead pipelines using Google Ads Search grids.
Conduct daily budget optimizations and systematic keyword bid scaling across Meta Ads Manager.
Implement structured retargeting strategies to maximize customer lifecycle values across paid streams.
Monitor historical ad performance trends to identify macro-level conversion bottlenecks.
Coordinate with internal media production teams to update promotional assets before campaign fatigue sets in.
Ensure data tracking cleanliness across web analytics, tracking URLs, and performance logs.
Build, format, and present granular weekly marketing performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical line.
3–5 years of professional performance marketing experience managing scalable digital ad portfolios.
Mandatory 3+ years of experience actively managing enterprise-level Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems.
Possession of a valid, professional Google Ads Certification is highly preferred.
Strong structural problem-solving capabilities with advanced command over web analytics tools.
