Packaging Engineer

Design and develop industrial packaging structures and protective components using CAD software like Creo.

Execute end-to-end Packaging Design and Packaging Development workflows from initial concept to pilot production.

Perform structural load assessments, drop test simulations, and material selection for durable packaging solutions.

Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure designs fit standard shipping container dimensions and handling practices.

Evaluate alternative packaging materials to enhance component protection while maintaining cost efficiency.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and packaging specification guidelines.

Maintain organized CAD libraries, packaging design change logs, and validation test archives.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).

1-3 Yrs of overall experience (with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in packaging design and CAD modeling).

Strong practical Knowledge of Creo CAD software, structural packaging principles, and material testing.

Good analytical thinking, problem-solving habits, and technical documentation skills.
