Packaging Engineer

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and testing of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.

Formulate packaging material specifications, engineering drawings, and quality inspection criteria.

Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize line efficiency and packaging integrity.

Conduct trials for new packing materials, transit simulations, and package durability assessments.

Drive cost optimization initiatives through lightweighting, material substitution, and standardization.

Work Shift:

General Shift.

Bachelor’s Degree / B.E. / B.Tech in Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related streams.

1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience in packaging design, material testing, and industrial development.

Strong technical understanding of packing materials (corrugated, polymers, laminates, and rigid containers).

Good project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
