Job Description
Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team before, during, and after operative procedures.
Prepare operation theatres, sterilize surgical equipment, and maintain sterile field standards.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer prescribed pre-op/post-op medications, and manage surgical prep.
Ensure meticulous documentation of operative records, instrument counts, and medication logs.
Adhere strictly to hospital infection control protocols, bio-medical waste management, and patient safety guidelines.

Qualifications
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / B.Sc Nursing.
Minimum 1 to 3+ Years of hands-on experience in Operation Theatre (OT) setups.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Strong clinical skills, emergency response capabilities, and sterile protocol discipline.
