Operations Supervisor

Supervise daily processing, packaging, or operational activities within retail fulfillment or manufacturing units.

Direct line operators and team members to ensure daily target output meets quality and quantity benchmarks.

Oversee workflow execution, stock movement, and inventory handling across operational floors.

Implement safety standards, clean workplace practices (5S), and operational discipline.

Assist operational leadership with shift planning, workforce allocation, and bottleneck resolution.

Maintain complete daily shift reports, attendance logs, and production tracking records.

Education: Any Graduates (Degree in any discipline).

Experience: 3-5 Years

Proven track record in production supervision, operations management, or team handling.
