Job Description
Manage end-to-end travel operations, itinerary planning, hotel bookings, and tour package execution for domestic and international destinations.
Handle B2B and B2C client requirements, provide tailored travel solutions, and drive travel sales conversions.
Coordinate seamlessly with destination management companies (DMCs), airlines, transport vendors, and local tour operators.
Oversee on-ground travel logistics, resolve customer grievances in real-time, and ensure high service quality standards.
Supervise operational workflows, track travel booking confirmations, and manage invoice/voucher generation.
Prepare daily sales/operations progress reports and contribute to business development targets.

Qualifications
Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Travel Management, Commerce, or any stream).
2+ Years of proven field sales experience in the travel, tourism, or DMC industry.
Strong network and understanding of global destinations, ticketing, and tour planning.
Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and team handling skills.
