5–8 years of professional operations engineering experience, showcasing clear managerial growth.
Proven track record with verifiable experience leading or mentoring technical engineering teams.
Hands-on familiarity handling condition monitoring systems, heavy assets, or large-scale technical workflows.
Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and structural crisis-management capabilities.
