Job Description
Plan, design, and conduct complex research projects and microbiological assays for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.
Perform advanced molecular biology techniques, culture isolations, microbial identification, and strain characterization.
Formulate experimental protocols, validate testing procedures, and evaluate microbial efficacy against medicinal compounds.
Maintain strict quality control (QC) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in sample processing and documentation.
Analyze experimental research data, interpret biological findings, and draft comprehensive laboratory reports.
Ensure proper calibration, sterilization, and maintenance of specialized laboratory instrumentation.
Qualifications
B.Sc / M.Sc / Ph.D. in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
1-3 Yrs of practical laboratory and research experience in pharmaceutical, medicinal, or biotechnology settings.
Strong hands-on expertise in molecular biology protocols, microbiological culturing, and analytical testing.
Proficiency in local language (Tamil) and English for effective lab coordination and documentation.
