Job Description
Analyze clinical documentation, discharge summaries, and operative notes to translate medical procedures into standard codes.
Apply medical coding guidelines across inpatient and outpatient healthcare records.
Maintain high accuracy in diagnostic and procedural coding to reduce insurance claim denials.
Adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations and organizational compliance benchmarks.
Complete assigned daily chart volume targets within designated turnarounds.
Work Shift & Compensation:
Shift: Day Shift with Saturday and Sunday Off (Fixed Weekend Off).
Salary: ₹3.25 – 4.5 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
All UG / PG Life Science Graduates, Male Staff Nurses, GNM, Clinical Nutrition, Midwifery, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Physiotherapy, or related medical fields.
0–1 Yrs of experience
Sound understanding of clinical terminology, human physiology, and healthcare processes.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn standard coding guidelines.
