Job Description
Direct and execute breakdown, predictive, and preventive maintenance across heavy manufacturing and high-production plant equipment.
Troubleshoot, overhaul, and service industrial hydraulics, pneumatic lines, pumps, valves, and mechanical drive systems.
Plan and carry out machine reconditioning, component replacements, alignments, and mechanical retrofitting.
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and fitters to minimize plant downtime and ensure high machinery availability.
Participate in new machinery erection, commissioning, and project activities (including Greenfield project assignments).
Implement shop-floor safety guidelines, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and standard operating maintenance procedures.

Qualifications
Diploma – Mechanical: 5 to 10 Years of experience.
ITI – Mechanical: 10 to 15 Years of experience.
Core background working in heavy engineering, continuous process, or high-volume production plant environments.
Strong leadership capabilities to manage shift-level maintenance crews.
Working knowledge of PLC automation and past exposure to Greenfield industrial projects is an added advantage.
