Mechanical Design Engineer

Design 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and assembly layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Develop custom Jigs & Fixtures and Special Purpose Machines (SPM Design) tailored to client requirements.

Perform structural calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and material selection for fabrication.

Collaborate with production and tooling teams to ensure seamless manufacturing and assembly of fixtures.

Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing, testing, and shop-floor trial runs.

Maintain complete design specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), and revision history records.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of experience (welcoming freshers up to 5+ years of experienced mechanical designers).

Hands-on expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and tooling/fixture design.

Strong mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and practical tooling knowledge.
