Mechanical Design Engineer

Provide swift support to Application Engineering, Cross-Functional Teams (CFT), original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and Tier 1 customers.

Develop, model, and detail 3D mechanical components and assembly layouts using CAD software platforms.

Align product designs with advanced manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective production and manufacturability.

Perform mechanical design calculations, tolerance stack-up analyses, and structural feasibility assessments.

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical queries from client engineering leads and manufacturing units.

Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and design revision cycles based on customer requirements.

Maintain organized design documentation, CAD model revisions, and engineering change notices (ECN).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical domains.
1-3 Yrs of core experience in mechanical product design, application engineering, or automotive system development.

Strong technical background working with OEMs, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, and CAD design tools.

Advanced expertise in mechanical calculations, manufacturing feasibility, and cross-functional project execution.
