Job Description
Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content across marketplace platforms
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability on all channels
Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
Handle pricing updates, promotions, and marketplace campaigns
Monitor sales performance and generate reports
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and order-related issues
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, warehouse, marketing)
Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics (ratings, SLAs)
Track returns, refunds, and cancellations
Support in optimizing listings for better visibility and sales
