Job Description
Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Optimize digital campaigns across search, display, email, and social media channels.
Work closely with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
