Job Description
Lead and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth and expand market share across the assigned regions (Tiruvannamalai, Salem, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Namakkal).
Spearhead market development activities, identify prospective clients, and drive new customer acquisition.
Manage customer relationships, handle high-value accounts, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Coordinate field operations, mentor sales teams, and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing and sales.
Domain Knowledge: Mandatory background and product knowledge in wiring and hardware-related products.
