Manufacturing Engineer

Develop, implement, and optimize robust manufacturing processes, assembly line workflows, and tooling.

Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste, improve line efficiency, and shorten cycle times.

Integrate factory automation systems, robotics, and advanced machinery into production lines.

Implement ergonomics standards and safety enhancements to optimize workstation design for plant operators.

Conduct root cause analyses, machine diagnostics, and implement corrective actions for line stoppages or defects.

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, PFMEA records, and engineering change notices.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Automobile Engineering.

1–3 Yrs of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing, assembly operations, or industrial production environments.

Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, ergonomics, diagnostics, and industrial automation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
