Job Description
Lead and integrate sales strategy, customer order execution, and shop floor Production Planning and Control (PPC).
Drive business development, acquire new OEM/tier-supplier accounts, and maintain robust customer relationship management (CRM).
Formulate comprehensive master production schedules (MPS), material requirement plans (MRP), and daily dispatch plans against client schedules.
Coordinate end-to-end order processing, line loading, assembly scheduling, and delivery tracking.
Follow up closely with production, quality, and stores teams to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure on-time in-full (OTIF) dispatches.
Supervise, mentor, and lead cross-functional sales and production planning teams.
Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive MIS reports, capacity utilization charts, sales forecasts, and operational dashboards using MS Excel.

Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical / DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering).
12+ Yrs of extensive leadership experience managing Sales, PPC, and Operations in manufacturing.
Automotive / Sheet Metal Industry experience is highly preferred.
Proven track record in team leadership, client management, and delivery schedule execution.
