Management Trainee

Vizza Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Management Trainees to support operations and customer management.

Assist in team management routines, helping coordinate daily tasks and client servicing deliverables.

Participate in quality control and quality audit processes to ensure operational standards and policy compliance.

Undergo structured training management programs to master insurance broking practices and customer engagement.

Support customer service representatives in addressing client queries, insurance documentation, and process updates.

Maintain organized compliance logs, audit checklists, and customer feedback reports.

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (MBA) in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related streams.

0–1 Yrs of experience, ideal for freshers and entry-level management candidates.

Baseline understanding of customer service practices, quality audits, and operational management.

Strong team collaboration habits, communication skills, and attention to detail.
