Maintenance Trainee

Assist senior maintenance engineers and technicians in routine preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across plant machinery.

Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns on the shop floor to reduce operational downtime.

Participate in regular machine servicing, equipment lubrication, component inspection, and spare parts replacement.

Help document daily maintenance logs, machine breakdown records, and shift activity reports.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere strictly to industrial environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols.

ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering trades.

0 to 1 Year of experience in plant, factory, or manufacturing maintenance (freshers are welcome to apply).

Basic foundational knowledge of industrial tools, machinery functioning, and electromechanical systems.

Strong willingness to learn, adapt to shift schedules, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Good team coordination, discipline, and attention to workshop safety guidelines.
