Job Description
Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown maintenance across automotive manufacturing machinery and automated assembly lines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and maximize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Participate in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings to perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Assist with spare parts inventory management, critical component tracking, and input for maintenance budget preparation.
Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line reliability, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
Support labor planning, maintain maintenance activity logs, update shift handover reports, and strictly adhere to 5S and plant safety protocols.

Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering.
1 to 8 Years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience within the automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 auto components industry.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for automated production lines, motors, PLCs, sensors, and mechanical drives.
Sound knowledge of TPM pillars, QRQC methodology, Kaizen, and industrial safety norms.
