Job Description
Direct facility maintenance operations across corporate/commercial properties, ensuring continuous utility functionality.
Manage building MEP systems, including HVAC equipment, power distribution, lighting, and fire safety networks.
Deliver technical support for workplace facility issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Enforce regulatory and safety compliance standards across all maintenance and operational practices.
Coordinate routine equipment servicing schedules, building inspections, and emergency breakdown responses.
Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance service level agreements (SLAs), and utility performance audits.
Maintain complete maintenance logs, facility compliance documentation, and expense tracking registers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
0-1 Yrs of experience in facility maintenance, technical support, or building operations.
Certification in facility management (IFMA, etc.) preferred, with 2–5 years of dedicated experience in facility systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, technical troubleshooting, vendor management, and compliance standards.
