Job Description
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC turning centers, VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), and HMC machines.
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on CNC machinery to minimize shop-floor downtime.
Diagnose and service CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi), servo drives, encoders, spindle motors, and PLC circuits.
Carry out mechanical adjustments, backlash elimination, ball screw alignment, turret alignment, and hydraulic valve replacements.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, PM checklists, breakdown records, MTTR/MTBF tracking, and spare parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to shop-floor safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and 5S workplace standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
1 to 8 Years of hands-on experience exclusively in CNC Machine Maintenance (Must be CNC only).
Gender Preference: Male Only.
Strong diagnostic capability in CNC controller electronics, ladder logic/PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
