Job Description
Execute electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance for plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (chillers, dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers, material loaders).
Perform routine preventive maintenance, daily machine inspections, and rapid breakdown troubleshooting on the shop floor.
Diagnose electrical faults, PLC controls, servo drives, sensors, and hydraulic circuit issues.
Maintain equipment logs, breakdown history sheets, and MTTR / MTBF tracking data.
Coordinate with internal operations and external service vendors for machine overhauling and critical spare parts procurement.
Enforce shop-floor safety norms, energy conservation practices, and 5S compliance.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
2 to 5 Years of core plant maintenance experience in a plastics manufacturing or injection molding plant.
Hands-on expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting, and machine electricals.
