Maintenance Engineer

Write and maintain up-to-date Maintenance procedures, Work standards, and equipment operating instructions.

Plan and execute Preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high machinery uptime and minimize unplanned plant downtime.

Utilize SAP PM module to manage maintenance work orders, track equipment history, and record spare parts consumption.

Support the Deployment of new equipment, machinery upgrades, and production line modifications.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Research technical solutions for recurring breakdown issues on the shop floor.

Implement eco-friendly practices and energy-saving initiatives aligning with Sustainable development goals.

Maintain strict adherence to Automotive industry safety standards, operational compliance, and quality frameworks.

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related technical disciplines.

3-5 Yrs of dedicated maintenance experience within automotive or industrial manufacturing setups.

Proven practical experience using SAP tools for maintenance logging and preventive maintenance execution.

Strong diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities, technical documentation skills, and process control knowledge.

Solid understanding of automotive manufacturing equipment, shop-floor safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies.
