Job Description
Handle shift operations, manage maintenance personnel, and oversee daily shop-floor equipment readiness.
Attend breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime and keep manufacturing lines running efficiently.
Perform Breakdown Maintenance, executing real-time mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on unexpected machine failures to prevent recurring operational halts.
Execute overall Plant Maintenance schedules, including preventive servicing, lubrication routines, and machine inspections.
Maintain spare parts inventory, monitoring critical component usage and reorder levels.
Keep comprehensive logs of shift breakdowns, mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
1-3 Yrs of experience in plant maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and industrial machinery servicing.
Strong diagnostic capabilities, proficiency in root cause analysis, and shift management discipline.
Solid practical understanding of mechanical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems.
