Job Description
Oversee combined Mechanical Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance operations across mineral processing and industrial facilities.
Enforce compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations as a certified electrical supervisor on site.
Execute routine plant maintenance schedules, power distribution checks, switchgear servicing, and motor maintenance.
Perform swift troubleshooting on electrical circuit breakdowns, drive faults, and mechanical machinery failures.
Supervise maintenance technicians, enforcing safety protocols and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during repairs.
Maintain compliance records for electrical inspections, shift maintenance logs, and spare part registers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Must hold a valid Class C Electrical Supervisor License (Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board).
1-3 Yrs of core experience in plant electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Deep knowledge of statutory electrical regulations, high-voltage equipment, and industrial plant operations.
