Maintenance Engineer

Execute electrical and automation troubleshooting as part of core PLC Maintenance routines.

Program, debug, and maintain industrial PLCs, specifically holding basic knowledge of Mitsubishi and Delta automation systems.

Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot robotic cell units, maintaining direct Knowledge of robotics make YASKAWA.

Ensure shop-floor maintenance routines adhere to IATF quality management system requirements and internal audit standards.

Perform breakdown maintenance, breakdown analysis, and routine preventive inspections on automated assembly lines.

Manage electrical schematics, sensor integrations, motor drives, and industrial wiring systems.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, downtime tracking sheets, and spare parts inventory registries.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

3-5 Yrs of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, plant automation, or robotics operations.

Practical familiarity with Mitsubishi and Delta PLCs, along with YASKAWA industrial robot programming/maintenance.

Awareness about IATF automotive quality standards and industrial safety guidelines.

Strong logical fault-finding capability combined with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to automation setups.
