Maintenance Engineer

Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance routines on heavy industrial machinery and plant equipment.

Oversee specialized Press Maintenance tasks, ensuring hydraulic and mechanical presses operate within safe tolerances.

Maintain and troubleshoot automated Welding Robot cells, adjusting program parameters and robotic arm mechanisms.

Execute swift Breakdown resolution to restore shop-floor production lines and minimize operational downtime.

Conduct Mechanical Maintenance inspections on power transmissions, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems.

Maintain complete records of machinery servicing histories, spare parts utilization, and maintenance logs.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.

1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience in industrial equipment servicing, robotic welding cells, and mechanical press maintenance.

Practical understanding of preventive/predictive maintenance methodologies, hydraulics, and welding automation.

Strong diagnostic troubleshooting skills and shift management capabilities.
