Job Description
Operate plant and production machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures to meet manufacturing output targets.
Monitor machine performance, feed raw materials, load components, and ensure continuous production flow on the shop floor.
Conduct routine quality checks on finished parts, identify minor operational faults, and coordinate with maintenance teams for prompt troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean workspace and adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary of ₹18,250. Food available across 3 shifts, and Overtime (OT) available.
Qualifications
Education: 8th standard to ITI, Diploma, BE & Degree (Pass or Fail).
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1 year of experience are eligible.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
