Machine Operator – Hosur
Position: Machine Operator
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics
Machine Types:
CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, VTL, Drilling, Grinding and other production/machining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components.
Monitor machine operation and production output.
Perform basic quality inspection using Vernier, Micrometer and Gauges.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures and production standards.
Carry out basic tool changes and offset corrections where required.
Maintain housekeeping and production records.
Report machine/process issues to the supervisor.
Machine Operator, CNC Operator, CNC Turning, VMC Operator, HMC Operator, VTL Operator, Production Operator, Machine Technician, ITI Mechanical, Diploma Mechanical, Machine Setting, Tool Change, Offset Correction.
