Job Description
Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine performance, feed raw materials, load components, and ensure continuous production flow on the shop floor.
Conduct routine quality checks on finished parts, identify minor operational faults, and coordinate with maintenance teams for prompt troubleshooting.
Maintain clean workspace standards and adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines and 5S protocols.
Shift Details: 3-Shift rotation | 8 Hours per shift.
Compensation & Benefits: ₹21,000/- monthly CTC. Additional benefits include ESI & PF, free food, accommodation, uniform, and safety shoes.
