Job Description
Operate, monitor, and handle manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment within the automotive brake component production units.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to consistently achieve assigned daily shift production targets.
Conduct routine visual inspections and basic quality checks on processed brake parts to prevent manufacturing defects.
Support line changeovers, basic machine cleaning, tool setting, and routine equipment upkeep under supervisor guidance.
Adhere strictly to shop floor safety regulations, PPE compliance, and 5S workplace organization standards.
Maintain shift output logs, material consumption records, and report equipment abnormalities immediately.
Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹16,500/- per month
Overtime (OT): ₹75/hour (as per company norms)
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,050/- for full-day attendance
Shift Pattern: 8 Hours – Rotational Shifts

Qualifications
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree / B.E. (Open to All Educational Backgrounds).
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates.

Strong physical stamina, discipline, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
