Logistics Executive

Manage vehicle arrangements, transport bookings, and material dispatch coordination routines.

Oversee material movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery across supply chain networks.

Coordinate with transporters, freight partners, and internal warehouse teams for daily shipping.

Monitor transit routes, track vehicle movements, and resolve transport delays or bottlenecks.

Prepare vehicle movement logs, transport dispatch notes, and freight tracking summaries.

Maintain complete shipping documentation, gate passes, and delivery verification records.

Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience in logistics execution, dispatch coordination, and material movement.

Strong knowledge of local transportation networks, vehicle sourcing, and route management.

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and operational tracking skills.
