Job Description
Handle import and export documentation, freight forwarding coordination, and shipment processing routines.
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for international freight movement.
Verify shipping bills, bills of lading, customs clearance documents, and commercial invoices.
Track international and domestic freight status to ensure on-time consignment delivery.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding import/export order dispatch schedules.
Maintain organized export-import filing systems, shipment registers, and customs records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
1–3 Yrs of experience in freight forwarding, shipment tracking, export-import documentation, and customs.
Solid understanding of international shipping regulations, EXIM processes, and freight workflows.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination capabilities.
