Logistics Executive

Execute day-to-day Executive Logistics functions to ensure reliable movement of materials and finished goods.

Coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain activities across regional warehouses and commercial delivery points.

Oversee material dispatch schedules, inventory loading queues, and freight vehicle tracking.

Monitor vendor freight invoices, verify delivery receipts, and clear transport documentation systematically.

Balance inventory Supply flows to meet consumer and industrial delivery timelines accurately.

Partner with production and sales teams to optimize order fulfillment workflows and address shipping bottlenecks.

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, freight cost registries, and daily shipment tracking summaries.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or equivalent technical streams.

3–5 Yrs of dedicated experience in logistics management, warehouse dispatch operations, or supply chain execution.

Practical understanding of freight logistics, inventory movement, and vendor coordination frameworks.

Solid structural understanding of supply chain workflows, transport documentation, and dispatch tracking tools.

Strong organizational skills combined with clear communication and team coordination capabilities.
