Logistics Coordinator

Demonstrate flexibility to work in different shifts to support continuous warehouse and delivery operations.

Coordinate with third-party logistics partners, delivery vendors, and internal hub teams to execute furniture and appliance movements.

Direct Outbound dispatch operations, scheduling delivery trucks, routing schedules, and customer installation visits.

Function as a dedicated Logistic Coordinator, managing warehouse picking, packing, and fleet allocation routines.

Oversee Warehouse floor operations, ensuring safety standards, stock placement, and damage-free loading.

Apply Operational excellence practices to optimize fleet turnaround times, cut delivery costs, and raise customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed logs of daily dispatches, rental returns, fleet movement registers, and delivery reports.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related streams.

1–3 Yrs of experience in logistics coordination, e-commerce delivery management, or warehouse operations.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate with third-party delivery vendors and handle shift variations.

Strong operational problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and proactive communication.
