Logistics Coordinator

Direct day-to-day Logistics Operations, tracking merchant Soundbox/POS hardware dispatches and inventory movements.

Oversee Supply Chain Management activities across regional warehouses and distribution partners.

Utilize enterprise WMS (Warehouse Management System) software to manage stock levels, serial number tracking, and order fulfillment.

Lead Logistics Coordination routines between courier partners, field teams, and central operations leads.

Monitor transit turnaround times, resolve dispatch delays, and minimize package return rates (RTO).

Coordinate return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes for damaged or defective devices.

Maintain comprehensive records of daily inventory dispatches, stock ledger entries, and delivery status logs.

Graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.

Practical hands-on familiarity with WMS software, inventory auditing, and courier platform interfaces.

Strong organizational discipline, detail orientation, and clear cross-functional communication habits.
