Lead Software Engineer

Lead technical design, development, and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt.

Build and consume SCIM and REST APIs to enable secure identity integrations across enterprise platforms.

Architect and scale enterprise backend systems developed in Java deployed on Tomcat application servers.

Utilize SQL Server databases for complex identity data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.

Drive software development in Agile Methodologies environments, mentoring engineers and guiding sprints.

Maintain enterprise security compliance logs, API documentation, and identity architectural blueprints.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

8-12 Yrs of core experience in software development, identity management (IGA), and enterprise architecture.

Required technical experience with Saviynt, SCIM, REST APIs, Java, Tomcat, and SQL Server.

Proven leadership in Agile methodologies, cross-functional team management, and secure coding practices.
