Job Description
Conduct experiments and laboratory tests to analyze, verify, and identify chemical and pharmaceutical substances.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and analytical instruments safely.
Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations within the pharmacy department, ensuring lab readiness for practical classes and research.
Prepare chemical reagents, standard solutions, and sample assays following strict safety and operational guidelines.
Enforce safety protocols, chemical disposal procedures, and good laboratory practices (GLP) on the floor.
Support faculty, researchers, and students during practical laboratory sessions and research evaluations.
Maintain complete records of chemical stock inventories, equipment maintenance logs, and test results.
Qualifications
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or B.Sc in Chemistry/Life Sciences.
0–1 Yrs of experience, making it suitable for freshers, entry-level candidates, and starting lab technicians.
Hands-on practical familiarity operating standard pharmacy laboratory instruments and apparatus.
High attention to detail, systematic analytical skills, and clear documentation habits.
