Lab Technician - New Genomics

Receive, verify, and process clinical samples according to standard operating protocols for genetic testing.

Execute advanced biological testing pipelines covering Genomics, Genetics, and Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs).

Operate high-throughput DNA Sequencing and automated library preparation instruments.

Maintain high laboratory quality standards throughout sample handling, extraction, and sequencing workflows.

Monitor laboratory reagent stock levels, run controls, and perform equipment maintenance checks.

Collaborate with bioinformaticians and molecular pathologists to ensure seamless sample tracking and data reporting.

Document sample processing stages, sequence run metrics, and quality audit logs accurately.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields.

1–3 Yrs of experience in genomics, molecular diagnostics, or automated laboratory environments.

Practical hands-on expertise with NGS platforms, DNA extraction, and sequencing protocols.

High analytical detail orientation, strong laboratory safety discipline, and accurate record-keeping.
